We are currently seeking apprentice Lineman to work in the Oil Fields of West Texas, office located in Odessa, TX.

This is a rewarding opportunity for self-motivated individuals who can perform with minimal supervision.
Under the direction of the Foreman, the Apprentice Lineman must safely install, troubleshoot, repair and remove
overhead/underground distribution power lines within the scope of his/her training. The Apprentice Lineman must
safely operate various equipment including but not limited to, bucket trucks, digger derrick, pickup trucks,
excavation and track equipment.

Job Requirements for Apprentice Lineman:

• Valid Class A CDL (or the ability to obtain) for the State of Texas
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  Graduation from Accredited Lineman School a plus
• Successfully pass background and drug screen testing
• Ability to travel and work in various locations including out of state if necessary

Essential Functions for Apprentice Lineman:

• Work safely in a Team Environment
• Operate Overhead Line Equipment, e.g., Bucket Truck, Boom Truc
• Ability to perform rigorous physical labor in all types of weather, hot/cold
• Capable of working at heights
• Maintain Company Vehicle, equipment and tools per Company Standards
• Must be able to climb wood poles
• Understands grounding procedures
• Proper knowledge of required PPE, inspection, care and use
• Trained and knowledgeable in the install and construction of Overhead Power Line Facilities

Individuals will be involved in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting commercial and
industrial oil related facilities in and around the West Texas area per customer request and accepted customer
specifications to include working in a safe and professional manner.

Job Requirements for Electrician:

• Valid Texas Driver’s License (Texas CDL a plus)
• TDLR License
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Successfully pass background and drug screen testing
• Ability to travel and work in various locations including out of state if necessary

Essential Functions for Electrician:

• Work safely and effectively in a team environment
• Maintain positive attitude towards completing job and complying with all company policies
• Ability to perform rigorous physical labor in all types of weather, hot/cold
• Understand and proficient in bending conduit, wire pulling practices, terminating conductors
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment and tools per company standards
• Proper knowledge of required PPE, inspection, care and use
